data in either an XML, Excel Spreadsheet, delimited text file or access database.

files/reports from their applicant tracking or HR system.
The data fields are listed below. Please match
these data elements as close as possible. If you are unable to match identically
or have missing fields we have the ability to add data or manipulate the file
before uploading. A test upload will be performed to ensure data
integrity.
Data Fields Specifications
Code = Your internal job code (Optional field)
Title = Job title
Type = Indicates type of position, for example: Full Time, Part Time,
etc (Optional field)
Contact = Recruiter's name (Optional field)
Email = Where resumes should be emailed. (Optional companies will either do an email address or applylink back to their sites. See field below. If you use an email
address we have tracking ability.)
Job Description = Full job description. We accept html in the job description.
Requirements = Enter requirements and/or benefit info.
How To Apply = How to apply info, like phone, fax, etc.
ApplyLink = Link To Company Online Application. (Optional
field)
States = Abbreviation of State (Optional if all locations are
only in one state)
Location = Actual City Name--separate multiple cities with commas.
